Bermuda

Bermuda, is a land of pink, sandy beaches, clear turquoise seas and picturesque old colonial towns. Because it’s north of the Caribbean, and not considered part of the Caribbean, Bermuda enjoys warm – but not overbearing – temperatures. Cruise ships frequent the area from spring through fall. Prominent reefs provide a wonderful playground for swimming, snorkeling, and diving. A mix of colonial style with hints of British and American influences, Bermuda is a welcoming, laid-back vacation spot.

The Bahamas

Graced with extensive beaches bleached white by the year-round sun and surrounded by warm, turquoise waters filled with varied and colorful sea life, the Bahamas is ideal for divers, sailors and sun-worshippers alike. Although often thought to be part of the Caribbean, the Bahamas is actually an archipelago of 700 islands with thousands of small cays strung out in the ocean starting 55 miles from Miami in the Atlantic Ocean. Cruises to Bahamas are generally not lengthy, making this a great choice for travelers looking to sneak away for anywhere from a few days to a week.
